Jubilee Avenue
This was an energy-saving project for a property originally built in 2014. In 2020, the first owners sought to expand and enhance the home’s performance. We extended both the downstairs and the loft, and completely revamped the heating system by installing a heat pump and electric heating, all powered by solar panels and a house battery. The clients reported a significant decrease in their energy usage, with some months seeing their power consumption drop to less than a third of what it was before the upgrades.
