The preference from the client here was to be able to have the best access possible to their garden area, which gave us the idea to remove the whole corner of the extension, which leads straight to their hot tub space.

15 Weydon Hill Road

For this project we worked alongside the interior design and finishing talent of the client to provide an additional bedroom over an existing ground floor living area and gave their existing master bedroom a compact but well-lit en suite shower room.

16 Havant Road

The house here is in Emsworth and was substantially a replanning and extensive remodelling. The existing conservatory was replaced with an orangery space which is open plan and contains the kitchen.

Speen Lane, Newbury

This home was bought by a young family who are passionate about mid-century houses. Our design proposal accentuated the existing mid-century nature of the home and added the stylised porch.

West Front Road, Pagham

The seafront home here now has a grand entrance, where previously there were two front doors and a view clear through to the sea at the rear.
