While not a complete rebuild, this home was extensively re-planned and remodelled to achieve the client’s vision after a prior design was unable to secure planning permission. Taking a comprehensive approach, we optimised the entire site, improving access and parking and transforming the existing garage into a versatile work-from-home space – anticipating the needs of modern living. Solar panels were discreetly integrated on the upper roof, ensuring sustainability without compromising aesthetics. With thoughtfully designed roof access, the property now enjoys sweeping sea views, extending to the coast and beyond
