This project was for a new headquarters for the ‘Relentless’ restaurant group. Dwell design were employed to assist the owner by providing building regulations and tender information and guidance to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 for the new restaurant at Port Solent harbourside development.

 

As well as providing technical information we were required to liaise with the management company and landlord’s representatives.

The restaurant opened in April 2015 and is proving highly popular as the sole independent restaurant at the Port Solent venue.
