This listed historic property in Old Portsmouth has benefited from our help twice, for internal remodelling and a cellar conversion. Because the upstairs rooms were all quite small due to the age of the dwelling, the existing cellar was converted with a new lightwell area to the pavement so that it could become a larger open-plan space.
