Neville Road – Green architecture – This mid-twentieth century Chichester home has been completely transformed from a poorly planned two-bedroom property into an eco-friendly, three-bedroom home.

Collaborating closely with the owner, we reimagined the layout and access to enhance both functionality and flow, while incorporating energy-efficient construction throughout. A wood-burning stove now serves as the central heating source, warming the entire home via a thermal store in winter, while passive ventilation keeps the open-plan living space cool and breezy in summer. The garden, redesigned in partnership with Alex Bell Garden Design, completes the transformation, featuring the client’s dream addition – a sunken recording studio, seamlessly integrated into the landscape.
