Jubilee Avenue
Size – 50sqm
Completion – august 2019
Type – energy saving project
This property was only built in 2014 and in 2020 the first owners wanted to make it bigger and better performing.
We extended the downstairs and the loft, then completely changed the heating system to a heat pump and electrical heating powered by solar panels and a house battery.
The clients confirmed a noticeable drop in their energy use. In some months they now use less than a third of the power they did when the house was smaller before the work was carried out.
green architecture
Our passion for sustainable architecture runs all the way through what we do. We want healthy environments for offices and homes. We want to avoid waste from building sites going to landfill. We want your budget to be spent on the things you love, not wasteful and polluting building materials.
We have worked on a wide variety of projects where environmental comfort and low running costs were closely linked. We want your home and work space to keep you as you would like and allow you to spend your money on other things
