A mid-twentieth century home in Chichester was completely transformed by us from a badly laid out two bedroom property to an environmentally-friendly three bedroom home. Working with the owner we revised the access and layout and then designed the construction to be as energy efficient as possible.

Their wood burning fire heats the main space as well as the whole dwelling in the winter via a thermal store and in the summer months is cool and airy because of the passive ventilation through the open-plan living space. The garden was redesigned in conjunction with Alex Bell Garden Design and contains the client’s dream of a sunken recording studio!
