Our developer client contacted us shortly after buying the property with an existing permission to extend and add additional apartments. Our assessment was that the location could work with additional dwellings within the same site and this was granted permission.

Subsequently we then worked with the local authority (including the Urban Designer) to further add to the proposal and this achieved permission and will start on site soon at this key corner plot in the centre of Fareham.
