66 West Street has witnessed Fareham town centre grow and change around it, and this has left a substantial amount of the historic building unused, causing an ongoing maintenance concern for the owner.

Working with conservation experts and a chartered town planner, as well as Fareham Borough Council’s Conservation Officer, we’ve prepared scheme options to allow better use of this building and the surrounding street space.
