The house here is in Emsworth and was substantially a replanning and extensive remodelling. The existing conservatory was replaced with an orangery space which is open plan and contains the kitchen. The hallway was increased in size by relocating a coat store and WC and is now an impressive entrance area which looks great with a Christmas tree in it.
